Erdis’ passion for music has taken him on a journey through different cultures and variety of musical genres – from rock, pop, indie, flamenco, metal, lo-fi, to worship and wellness music. He is a sought out multi-faceted recording artist, performer, and private teacher in San Diego and Southern California. His performing expertise extend beyond the cello and include the electric bass, with acoustic and electric guitar. Erdis collaborates with many SoCal musicians, utilizing his performing, improvising, writing, and recording skills. His latest projects include Erdis Maxh (cello covers and originals), Mardise (violin and cello duo), Melanchoholic (cello and guitar originals), and SoaKingdom (original spiritual journey music).  

Erdis Maxhelaku started playing cello at the age of seven in his home country of Albania. He continued his musical education in Albania to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Cello Performance in Tirania.
